These terms explain the rules for using our website and how our quotes, equipment rentals and services work. The specific conditions of each project are always set in its written agreement.

By using this website (arcacraft-company.com) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms govern use of the website; the services we perform are governed by the written agreement or proposal signed for each project.
2. Our services
- Logistics: heavy equipment rental, hauling and mobilization in Utah.
- Construction: finish carpentry, flooring and related finish work. ArcaCraft LLC is a Utah licensed contractor, classification S220 (Carpentry & Flooring), license #14313779-5501.
- Media: branding, websites, photography and video production for businesses.
3. Quotes and agreements
- Information on this website is general and does not constitute a binding offer.
- Quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final scope, price and schedule are set only in a written agreement or accepted proposal.
- We may update prices and services without prior notice.
4. Equipment rental
- Rental covers the machine only. The client (renter) operates the equipment with their own qualified personnel.
- The renter is responsible for safe operation, fuel, and any damage, loss or misuse during the rental period, as detailed in the rental agreement for each delivery.
- Delivery and pickup charges depend on the job location and are quoted per project.
5. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate project information, safe site access, and timely decisions.
- Obtain any permits or approvals that are not expressly included in our written agreement.
6. Intellectual property and images
The content of this website — text, logo, design, photos and videos — belongs to ArcaCraft LLC or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written authorization. Some photos and videos shown are illustrative or digitally generated and may not depict actual ArcaCraft projects or results. Photos and videos of real client projects are published only with the client's permission.
7. Third-party services
Our quote flow may take you to WhatsApp (Meta) and other third-party services. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArcaCraft LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits the obligations set out in a signed project agreement.
9. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be available on this page with its effective date.
